Pioneer Bible Translators

Grundy Mountain Mission School

DVCSC claims no denominational organizational affiliation.  It is committed to biblical principles which we believe were reaffirmed through the Restoration Movement begun in early 19th century and expressed today through Christian Churches around the globe.  Our only statement of faith is the Bible, and the only creed is Jesus Christ.

We Transform lives through God's Word in Every Language.  Pioneer Bible Translators bridges the gap between the church and the Bibleless peoples around the world. Our team is composed of Bible translators, literacy evangelists, church planters and a variety of support personnel transforming lives through God’s Word in every language. We are serving 26 million people in 62 language projects in 14 countries. God is calling us to expand. With His help we will strive to start 37 new projects by the end of 2018.

Since 1921, God has brought more than 20,000 at-risk youth out of their distress and into the land of promise that is Grundy’s Mountain Mission School.  We serve as home, church and school to more than 200 kids in need, coming to us not only from Appalachia, but also from more than 60 countries worldwide.  MMS provides each child with the foundation of first-rate academics, a loving family environment, positive social support, and a firm commitment to the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Brandon and Danielle Stephenson are in the process of starting a new church, One Church, on the outskirts of Pittsburgh.

Campus ministry exists for the specific purpose of serving the spiritual needs of students. Our presence on campus connects with university staff, administration and faculty. CSFPA sponsors fellowship groups, known as Christian Student Fellowship (CSF), that strive to help young collegians balance all the disciplines of the Christian faith.

ARM was established in April of 2002 to provide ‘God’s ARMs around the reservation.’ ARM exists to make disciples, empowering our Native brothers and sisters to meet the physical and spiritual needs of their community, motivating them to become active members of Apache-led, Bible-based churches. ARM assists in many ways!
